We are seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Sales Consultant to lead our residential sales activity and provide an exceptional experience for prospective and existing Park Home Owners. Whether you have experience in Park Home sales, Estate Agency, or a strong background in customer‑led sales environments, we are looking for someone with the passion, energy, and professionalism to help people make one of the most important decisions of their lives. This is a rewarding role at the heart of the resident journey and offers the chance to make a real difference in a growing community. Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement & Sales Welcome, meet, and engage prospective and existing residents in the office and on‑park. Conduct professional, informative park tours for potential buyers. Generate, qualify, and follow up on all leads to maximise sales performance. Manage the full sales cycle for both New and Pre-owned Park Homes. Marketing & Lead Generation Use social media and other digital/print channels to create interest and drive enquiries. Work with the national support team to deliver promotional activity and meet targets. Partnership & Stakeholder Management Liaise with local estate agents to support the effective purchase or resale of Park Homes. Work with families, legal representatives, and estates to ensure smooth ownership transitions. Maintain strong working relationships with internal operations and administration teams. Administrative & Operational Support Assist with reception and administrative duties as part of shared team responsibilities. Maintain accurate records, update CRM systems, and ensure compliance with processes. Skills & Experience Essential Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build trust quickly Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and within a small team Full UK Driving Licence Ability to travel locally when required Desirable Previous Estate Agency, property sales, or Park Home sales experience Understanding of local housing and bungalow markets Experience supporting valuations or market assessments Background in direct sales (2 years preferred) What We're Looking For We want positive, friendly, energetic individuals with a genuine desire to help people.
