Room Leader
We are recruiting for a passionate and dedicated Room Leader.
Must hold a Level 3 or above qualification.
We are looking for individuals who:
1. Have a NVQ level 3 or above qualification in childcare
2. Can be responsible for the day-to-day management of their room and encourage good practice by the staff team.
3. Develop excellent written and verbal communication with parents.
4. Observe each childs progress and report on their achievements.
5. Be a keyworker for a specified number of children.
6. Plan a range of interesting and exciting activities to promote childrens development.
7. Be responsible for creating a stimulating and attractive environment.
8. Ensure that all required standards and ratios are maintained at all times within the room.
9. Assist the nursery with the organisation of and attend parents meetings as required.
