Role overview
* Support teachers with lessons and classroom activities
* Help pupils engage in learning and track their progress
* Assist with planning, marking and classroom resources
* Promote positive behaviour and support pupil wellbeing
* Provide support with SEND needs and learning strategies
Requirements
* GCSE Maths and English (preferred)
* Strong communication and organisation skills
* Patient, proactive and reliable
* Passion for supporting young people
