Job Title: Tutor for SEN & Alternative Provision Students Location: Flexible (In-person / Community-based / Home tuition) Hours: Part-time / Flexible Pay: Competitive, based on experience About the Role We are seeking compassionate, resilient, and dedicated tutors to work with students who have Special Educational Needs (SEN) and/or have been excluded or disengaged from mainstream education. Many of our learners require a patient, trauma-informed approach and benefit from 1:1 or small-group tuition tailored to their individual needs. This role is ideal for someone who believes in second chances and is committed to helping young people rebuild confidence, re-engage with learning, and achieve positive outcomes.
