This is a dual responsibility role, providing general administration support forpany Secretarial requirements within the Legal team alongside providing support for the reception desk service in our Reading office. The role is based in the office 5 days a week and the hours are 9am to
1. Online file management, updating internal records, collecting signatures and liaising with external advisers
2. Using the matter management system (LFD) to create and share worklists ahead of business partner meetings
3. Uploading updates to the Legal, DP andernance Sharepoint pages
4. Scheduling and coordinating legal mercial andpliance) training across Europe
5. Monitoring and tracking law firm engagement and spending
6. Basic contract management
7. Assisting with implementation of legal tech
8. Maintaining master list of key policies to include diarising and managing annual reviews
Reception cover duties:
9. Switchboard – timely, efficient call management
10. Wee & first point of contact service for the office & wider business
11. Visitor & contractor hosting
12. General administrative support to colleagues
13. Responsible for the maintenance & supply of stationery & free issue items
14. Responsible for reporting, logging & liaising with maintenance & repair as required for office areas
15. Contributing to office standards & responsible for maintaining the standard of shared spaces
