As a Packer Supervisor, you will report to the Line Manager and oversee daily packing operations across the team. You will be responsible for supervising two Team Leaders and a wider team of around 20 staff, ensuring production targets and deadlines are met. You'll monitor standards, carry out routine checks, support the dispatch process, and ensure the smooth running of the packing area.
This position would suit someone with supervisory experience in a packing or food production environment, who is ready to take the next step in their career with a business that offers real progression, stability, and support.
The Role:
* Oversee daily packing operations across the production floor, ensuring targets and deadlines are consistently met.
* Supervise and support a team of two Team Leaders and approximately 20 packing staff, reporting to the Line Manager.
* Collaborate with dispatch and warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment.
The Candidate:
* Previous supervisory experience in a packing or food production environment.
* Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
* Good understanding of packing processes, quality control, and workplace health & safety.
