YOUR MISSION:
* You will be part of a BIG MAMMA kitchen team!
* You will be working in the hot section and preparing our authentic Italian dishes from scratch.
* You will follow the recipes and directions from the kitchen management.
* You will respect health & safety standards and maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen.
* You will spread magic and make our customers live the best moment of their day!
* You will embody Big Mamma values: have a warm, smiling, professional attitude towards the customers, help your colleagues during service and demonstrate a "problem solver" attitude.
YOUR SKILLS:
* Big Smile and passion for Italian food!
* Great energy, proactive attitude and team spirit
* Excellent teamwork, leadership and communication skills
* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy hot section
* Excellent knowledge of Italian dishes
* Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
