Job Description
The Business Management Associate will support strategic and operational initiatives across the organisation. This role involves analyzing business performance, managing projects, and ensuring alignment with company objectives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and skilled in stakeholder management.
1. Business Analysis & Reporting
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities.Prepare regular reports and dashboards for leadership teams.
2. Project & Program Management
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing business projects.Track progress, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
3. Financial & Budget Oversight
Support budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking processes.Provide insights to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency.
4. Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business priorities.Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
5. Process Improvement
Identify gaps in current processes and recommend enhancements.Implement best practices to improve operational efficiency.
6. Risk & Compliance
Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.Assist in risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
7. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
8. 1–3 years of experience in business management, operations, or consulting.
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
10. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and data visualization tools.
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
12. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
13. Knowledge of financial modeling and business strategy.
