Reporting to the Technical Director, you will be responsible for managing the design and technical delivery process from land acquisition through to site delivery, ensuring buildability, compliance, commercial efficiency, and design quality.You will help lead the regional Technical team, manage external consultants, and collaborate closely with internal departments including Land, Planning, Commercial, Construction, and Sales.
