The Role
As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across the Midlands, Yorkshire and North East regions. You’ll manage existing accounts, identify new business opportunities, and deliver tailored packaging solutions that meet customer needs.

Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet revenue targets
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients
Identify and convert new business opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting
About You
Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within packaging or manufacturing
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with excellent time management
Comfortable working independently and travelling across the region
Knowledge of sustainable packaging trends is a plus
