Job Description: Trainee In House Locksmith & Trade Counter Assistant
Salary: £26,000 per year
Job type: Full Time Mon-Fri 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm + Saturdays 8am-1pm
Location: Leamington Spa
Locksmith Duties (Full training will be given)
· Key Cutting
· Case swaps
· Repairs
· General Housekeeping (keep the room clean and tidy, ready for your working day).
· Print off Locksmith Orders
· Quality control (jobs to be quality controlled)
· Respond to messenger (communicating with colleagues)
· Keep Machines Clean
· Keying alike locks
· Master keying
Trade counter Duties (Full training will be given)
· Organising and replenishing merchandising and point of sale products.
· Serving Customers on the trade counter
· Assisting customers in identifying the required products
· Taking orders payments and invoicing orders
· Organising Collections
· Maintain and build relationships with our customers, always providing outstanding service.
· Actively promote and sell our products to customers over the trade counter.
Key Performance Skills & Attributes required:
* You are A1 at providing great service, with a positive can-do attitude.
* Great at communicating and someone who loves to help people.
* You'll be a personable and excellent team player.
* Friendly, flexible, reliable, honest, and enthusiastic
* Some experience or knowledge in the Security industry, ideally have some product knowledge is advantageous.
* Locksmith skills advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.
