Roles/Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
* Produce and follow up on customer quotations
* Support external Business Development Managers with territory planning and strategy
* Coordinate logistics and organize haulage
* Manage customer queries and expectations
* Process sales orders and maintain CRM accuracy
* Upsell additional products and accessories
* Assist with invoice queries and resolutions
* Build strong relationships with contractors, merchants, architects, and developers
* Act as a key point of contact for an external Business Development Manager
Qualifications
* Positive, proactive, and self-motivated approach
* Strong communication skills with a confident phone manner
* Ability to build relationships and demonstrate commercial awareness
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
* Previous experience in construction or a related industry is advantageous but not essential
