Summary: This role involves engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions via self-service resources like mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. Key responsibilities include processing cash transactions accurately and efficiently, and building relationships with clients to understand their financial and life priorities, connecting them to suitable solutions.
Responsibilities:
1. Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
2. Build relationships with clients to meet their financial needs.
3. Follow established processes and guidelines, adhering to laws and regulations.
4. Partner with experts in small business, lending, and investments to grow knowledge and network.
5. Manage traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
6. Enhance the client experience.
7. Manage cash responsibilities.
