What you will be doing as an Engineering Project Manager
* Take the lead on delivering innovative engineering projects across Thames Water, with values ranging from £100k to £1M.
* You'll manage multiple live projects, working closely with operations teams and contractors to scope, cost, and deliver efficient, low-risk solutions. From health & safety audits to commissioning and handover, you'll ensure every project meets our high standards and provides real value for our customers.

Location
– Your base location will be within the Thames Valley and the Home Counties
This role will require you to travel to multiple sites depending on the project that you are working on. You will be required to have a full
driving licence
, access to your vehicle and insurance to cover work travel. You will receive a
car allowance
, which is paid monthly.
Working Hours
– Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week.
The essential criteria to help you succeed in this role are:
* Preferably have a background in Engineering, such as Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering.
* Formal qualifications within these sectors are strongly encouraged. Ideally holding at least, a BTEC/HND in a relevant discipline or the relevant experience.
* Or have knowledge of Clean Water Processing and/or Wastewater treatment.
* Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders simultaneously. This includes internal colleagues, site employees and external contractors.
* Additionally, you will have the ability to work with minimum supervision, be self-motivated and driven, and use your initiative to deliver high-quality work.
* Understanding of Health and Safety standards, with particular reference to construction works, including CDM. However, additional training will be provided.
* Experience in Construction or Engineering Project Management.

* Offering between £56,000 and £60,000, depending on experience and skills.
* £4,500 Car Allowance
* 26 days holiday per year, increasing to 30 with the length of service. (plus bank holidays)
