Salary: £34,391 - £44,558 per annum (£13,942 - £18,064 pro‑rata)

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to teach and support students across our Health and Early Years programmes, ranging from Level 1 to Level 3. You'll play a key role in delivering engaging lessons, supporting student development, and preparing learners for careers in health, social care, childcare, and early years education.
You'll also contribute to curriculum planning, assessment, and quality assurance, helping to ensure our programmes remain current, relevant, and impactful.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality teaching across Health and Early Years programmes.
* Plan and assess learning in line with awarding body requirements.
* Provide academic and pastoral support to students.
* Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement.
* Support students with progression into employment or further study.
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievement.
* Participate in team meetings, standardisation, and quality processes.
* Engage with employers and industry professionals to enhance learning opportunities.
Essential Experience
* Degree-level qualification in Health, Early Years, or a related subject.
* Teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
* Experience teaching in the Health and/or Early Years curriculum area.
* Strong communication and classroom management skills.
* Understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
* Level 2 qualifications (or willingness to achieve) in literacy and numeracy.
* Commitment to inclusive education and student success.
Desirable Experience
* Experience teaching in a post‑16 setting.
* Level 2 IT qualification (or willingness to achieve).
* Knowledge of current industry practices and legislation.
* Links with employers or professional bodies in health and early years sectors.
