We’re currently looking for an Activities Coordinator to join the team at Cheadle Grange in Stockport. What You’ll Be Doing As our Activities Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in enriching the lives of residents by: Planning and delivering engaging activities tailored to individual interests and abilities Creating a warm, inclusive, and social environment for all Supporting residents in maintaining existing hobbies and discovering new ones Organising social events, seasonal celebrations, and community involvement Coordinating outings and excursions to promote wellbeing and variety Working closely with care staff and families to support holistic wellbeing Recording participation and feedback to ensure meaningful engagement What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who is: Warm, approachable, and brimming with positivity Organised, reliable, and confident in planning events Creative, enthusiastic, and able to motivate others Passionate about improving the lives of older people Able to work flexibly across some evenings and weekends Previous experience in a care or activity setting is a bonus, but we’re just as interested in your personality and values What We Offer Working at Highgate Care means being part of something special.
