SEO Senior Analyst at Uprise Up | B Corp. Permanent role with hybrid working and flexible hours. 9am – 5:30pm Mon-Fri (core hours 10am–4pm). Location: Chesham, Buckinghamshire, HP5 1PS (on the Metropolitan Line outside London). Optional 2 days per week remote working.

Salary: £36,000 – £44,000 per annum. Holiday: 35 days per annum inc. bank holidays, increasing to 38 days after 2 years. Health: BUPA family cover for permanent employees, free annual health check, free Headspace app. Flexibility: Hybrid working and flexible hours.

Responsibilities
* Working with clients to clarify priorities and objectives.
* Opportunity analysis and competitor analysis.
* Developing and delivering organic content strategies.
* Performing keyword research, mapping and prioritising keyword focus.
* Building content calendars and timing content to align with client requirements.
* Optimising on-page content to maximise organic performance and adding additional content where necessary.
* Providing training to team members and clients.
* Analysing backlink portfolios, identifying gaps, and developing Digital PR strategies.
* Suggesting outreach article titles and pitching to publications.
* Generating ideas for newsworthy coverage for target keywords.
* Reviewing websites for technical opportunities and supporting clients’ web developers to implement SEO improvements.
* Using tools such as Screaming Frog and Ahrefs; reporting monthly client SEO performance.
* Benchmarking, forecasting, and analysing performance trends using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
* Maintaining excellent client communication and supporting junior team members.
Requirements
* A passion for SEO with considerable and demonstrable experience.
* Excellent at writing informative and engaging web copy.
* Adept at managing multiple clients, projects and deadlines.
* Technically minded with strong problem-solving ability.
* Experience using leading SEO tools.
* Ability to collaborate with other departments, including Paid Media.
* Adaptability and versatility; agency and not-for-profit experience is preferable.
