About the Role
A rapidly growing and dynamic FMCG brand, selling through both its own e-commerce platforms and leading retailers, is seeking a Supply Chain and Production Analyst. This individual will play a key role in ensuring accurate stock management and consistently high product availability across the full range.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring stock and supply chain data to maintain optimal stock levels striking the right balance between ensuring full availability and minimising waste.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain stock at optimal levels by tracking sales data and accurately forecasting demand.
* Develop and nurture strong relationships with external suppliers to ensure excellent service and delivery standards.
* Analyse operational and supply chain data to identify inefficiencies, resolve issues and highlight opportunities for improvement.
Candidate Requirements
* A recent graduate with a degree in a quantitative field (preferably STEM-based).
* A proactive and curious mindset, with a strong desire to learn, take initiative and grow within a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external suppliers.
* Strong data capabilities with confidence in conducting analysis using Excel.
* A commercially aware and strategic thinker, with the ability to identify trends and insights from data and a keen eye for detail.
* Ideally, 1–2 years of experience in a junior-level data role within either a consultancy or FMCG environment but will also consider entry level.
