Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver high-quality Business Studies lessons to students in accordance with the curriculum and school guidelines.
* Create engaging and interactive learning experiences that cater to different learning styles and abilities.
* Assess students' progress, provide constructive feedback, and implement strategies to support their individual learning needs.
* Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
* Keep up to date with developments in the field of Business Studies and incorporate relevant industry insights into teaching materials.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies, schemes of work, and assessment methods.
* Maintain accurate records of student attendance, punctuality, and progress.
Requirements
* Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent, with relevant qualifications and experience in Business Studies.
* In-depth knowledge of the Business Studies curriculum and the ability to effectively deliver engaging lessons in this subject area.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/guardians.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage time and resources.
* A passion for education and a commitment to creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
* Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of a diverse range of students.
* A commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to stay updated with the latest teaching methods and practices.
