The Segment Manager is responsible for managing relationships and business strategies for accounts within the respective segment.
What you’ll do:
* Sell and promote the company's range of products to meet area sales & revenue targets for the Business Unit and Division.
* Target the OEM Market, focusing on fire protection products to meet customer solutions.
* Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, utilizing all communication mediums and routes to market.
* Manage selected segmentation customers, aiming to nurture growth in revenue and margin.
* Identify potential customer targets and build a pipeline of qualified opportunities, ensuring all activity is recorded and updated within CRM.
* Develop trusting and sustainable long-term relationships through Key Account Management.
* Establish customer needs to provide sustainable, competitive, and value-added solutions.
* Compile and negotiate pricing and contractual proposals following Etex guidelines.
* Collaborate with the technical support team to understand our products and jointly offer valuable solutions.
What you’ll bring:
* A commercial background, preferably in the construction industry.
* Experience in a Technical/Engineering environment.
* Key account management skills: building relationships, negotiation, contract management.
* Experience managing pipelines and project follow-up via CRM tools (preferably Salesforce).
