Your role is to support and work as part of a team to deliver exceptional food quality, outstanding guest care, and amazing service. You will help us achieve our brand standards, work within a great team, and ensure every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return!
Here is what you need:
Restaurant Team Member Front of House:
* Put the guest first in everything we do.
* Have a positive “can do” attitude.
* Assist guests in choosing meals and drinks, providing up-sell information.
* Process guest orders through the POS system.
* Deliver orders to the kitchen and assist in preparing and packing food and beverages.
* Ensure that the portion of food being packed or served looks appealing.
* Promote additional food items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
* Process sales, provide receipts, and deliver food.
* Greet every guest warmly and genuinely.
* Answer the telephone and handle inquiries.
* Assemble and package orders to brand standards.
* Keep all guest areas clean, sanitary, and tidy.
* Ensure all orders are complete and ready for the guest.
* Work to brand standards and deliver exceptional guest service.
Key skills & knowledge needed for the job:
* Speak clearly and listen attentively to guests and team members.
* Maintain a clean and smart appearance.
* Display a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
* Be cheerful, helpful, and provide excellent guest care.
* Adapt to changing business volume levels with urgency.
* Understand the menu & allergens thoroughly.
* Follow instructions to meet brand standards (The GDK way).
* Complete daily paperwork according to standards.
* Be cross-trained in all areas of the kitchen and front counter.
* Care about exceptional guest service and high standards.
