Job Description
* Design and oversee sales operations strategy to enable consistent performance, scalability and alignment with overall business objectives.
* Establish governance frameworks and policies to ensure consistency, accountability and compliance across all sales channels.
* Serve as a trusted advisor to the Executive Director - Sales on operational improvements, market intelligence, and long-term growth plans.
* Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the internal sales force, ensuring clear performance targets and accountability.
* Drive productivity and effectiveness of the sales team through structured processes, CRM adoption, and performance monitoring.
* Develop training and coaching programs to build advanced sales capabilities, negotiation skills, and client engagement techniques.
* Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the sales team.
* Lead broker strategy, building strong partnerships with top-tier brokers in local, regional, and international markets.
* Define performance metrics for brokers, including lead quality, conversion, and revenue contribution.
* Establish transparent communication channels, ensuring brokers are well-informed and aligned with project launches and campaigns.
* Develop and monitor advanced sales KPIs such as conversion rates, pipeline integrity, sales cycle efficiency, and broker contribution to revenue.
* Introduce and optimize digital tools and automation to improve data accuracy, reduce administrative tasks, and enhance sales visibility.
* Conduct ongoing analysis of market conditions, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
The Successful Applicant
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
* Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in sales operations, sales force management, and broker management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
* Experience in luxury real estate, high-value investments, or comparable industries strongly preferred.
* Proven expertise in sales operations management, forecasting, analytics, and broker management at a strategic level.
* Deep understanding of real estate sales cycles, particularly in the luxury and high-net-worth market segments.
* Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to build, inspire, and manage a high-performing team.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
* High proficiency in CRM platforms, data analytics tools, and reporting systems.
* Strategic mindset with strong commercial and financial acumen.
* Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex situations.
* Commitment to integrity, compliance, and maintaining the highest ethical standards.
