We have an amazing opportunity in to teach our enthusiastic and motivated students and help them achieve their highest potential.
As a Pastoral Tutor you will:
1. Be responsible for the delivery of a quality GOALS (tutorial) programme
2. Be responsible for the delivery of a range of employability and personal and social development programmes
3. Actively give input into learner’s individual learning plan to ensure they achieve their highest potential
We are looking for enthusiastic professionals who can promote a culture of excellent behaviour, motivation and high learner performance through excellent standards of teaching and learning. In addition, you should be an excellent team player and have a passion for supporting students to succeed.
You will have:
4. Degree in Education or other related discipline, and/or industry experience
5. GCSE in Maths and English A*-C/9-4 or equivalent
6. Experience of working in the teaching and learning or support sector
7. A PGCE or recognised full teaching qualification is desirable but not essential
