We are looking for a motivated Junior Call Centre Agent to join our team and play a key role in supporting client campaigns through professional customer interactions and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage with customers and promote marketing campaigns.
* Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
* Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in all interactions.
* Record and update customer information in the system.
* Support the wider marketing team by relaying customer feedback and insights.
* Meet performance targets while ensuring excellent customer service standards.
* Assist with administrative tasks related to call centre operations when required.
Requirements:
* Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
* Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
* Team player with good organisational skills.
* No prior experience required – full training will be provided.
