Salary: £40,000 - 40,000 per year Requirements: We are looking for an experienced 2nd Line, Senior IT Technician, Field Engineer, or On-site Engineer. We would strongly value experience supporting schools, education environments, or multi-site organisations. We require a good working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including user accounts, permissions, troubleshooting, and administration. We require experience with Active Directory, Azure / Microsoft Entra, and Intune. We require good networking knowledge, including switches, wireless, routers, firewalls, and VPNs. We require a full driving licence and access to a car. We require the ability to travel between sites and transport IT equipment when needed. Responsibilities: We provide high-quality on-site IT support across four school sites, including two primary schools and two secondary schools. We manage incidents and service requests from receipt through to resolution and closure. We provide server, network, desktop, and cloud-based technical support. We support IT projects, upgrades, rollouts, and site improvements.
