A highly respected UK law firm is seeking a talented Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer (2+ years' PQE) to join their well-established Residential Property team based in Cambridge. The Role:
Working as part of a wider national team, the successful candidate will handle a mix of high-value and routine residential transactions, including:
* Acting for high-net-worth individuals and limited companies
* Managing complex freehold/leasehold purchases and financing
* Handling day-to-day residential conveyancing matters
* Developing and maintaining client and broker relationships
* Supporting regional business development initiatives
The Ideal Candidate:
* Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with 2+ years' experience in residential conveyancing
* Confident handling transactions independently and working collaboratively with team members
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent client service
* Commercial awareness and an interest in building long-term client relationships
