What We’re Looking For Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent) – essential Proven experience working with babies in an Early Years setting ( Desirable ) Previous Room Leader experience or similar senior role A warm, nurturing approach with strong knowledge of child development Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements Strong communication, organisation, and team leadership skills A proactive, positive attitude and genuine passion for early years care Why Join This Nursery?
