The role
You will complete administrative and payroll tasks as requested by the the Head of Education and Centre Manager. Responsibilities include:
* Managing diaries and scheduling appointments
* Supporting with recruitment and onboarding processes
* Paying invoices and updating budget records
* Completing monthly payroll tasks
* Creating documents and reports.
The hours would be Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 4 pm.
What we seek
Successful candidates need to have:
* Experience in successfully completing payroll duties
* Experience of carrying out administrative tasks in a busy environment
* Excellent organisational skills
* High levels of numeracy and English language and comprehension skills.
