We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a fun, passionate, and caring team supporting and empowering young people aged 16-25 within our Residential College service. Your role will involve helping young people make their own decisions and reach their full potential by providing personalized support tailored to their needs, wishes, and aspirations.
Role Responsibilities
1. Support young people with a vision impairment and additional complex needs to develop independence and daily living skills during weekend boarding.
2. Assist in accessing leisure and social activities within the community, promoting socialization and exploration.
Training and Support
InFocus will support you with a well-designed induction program and mandatory training to ensure you understand your role fully and start confidently.
Working Pattern
The position involves 28 hours per week, working on Saturdays and Sundays from 08:00 to 22:30. Please refer to the application pack for detailed working pattern information.
