Job overview The postholder will work to develop in partnership with stakeholders a workforce framework detailing the competencies and behaviours required for staff in different organisations to support the move to integrated neighbourhood teams for our seven place teams in North East London to adopt. The postholder will also work with partners to develop employment arrangements and models to support the framework for consideration by integrator organisations when appointed by place-based teams. The framework should consider existing work that has already been undertaken at places in NEL. In addition, organisational development initiatives to support the framework need to be identified and where elements of good practice are already in place highlighted. The framework also needs to consider the impact of the three national shifts in the 10-year plan – from treatment to prevention, from acute to community and from analogue to digital – in north east London. The post holder will work closely with the Director of Workforce transformation and Education and the Chief People Officer for the system in developing the framework and the interventions. The work will also need to consider the emerging workforce requirements of the 10 Strategic commissioning areas agreed for the ICB.
