About us
We are seeking to appoint an Evening Caretaker/Lettings Caretaker to join our site team. The position has an interesting and varied range of duties and responsibilities connected with the fabric and grounds of the academy. You will ensure the academy is a welcoming and safe environment for all our students, staff and lettings. You must be responsible, hardworking and a good communicator.

Desired Criteria
Competent at basic buildingrepairs and maintenance and grounds maintenance.
Use of smallindustrial/electrical/mechanical equipment.
Experience of commercial cleaning operations
Able to effectively organiseand supervise the work of others (such as cleaners and contractors).
Reading, writing and numeracyskills sufficient to check time sheets, delivery notes, etc.
Able to regularly handle/carryheavy items.
