What You’ll Be Doing:
* Manage and develop relationships with national and multi-site customers
* Act as the primary point of contact, providing a high level of service and technical support
* Identify opportunities to grow accounts through machinery, parts, service and hire
* Deliver tailored solutions across multiple sites and operational requirements
* Coordinate closely with internal teams (sales, parts, service and logistics) to ensure consistent delivery
* Maintain accurate account plans, forecasts and CRM records
* Support and influence long‑term customer strategy and retention
* Proven experience in a sales or account management role, ideally within groundcare, agriculture or a related sector
* Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage and grow high-value accounts
* Excellent relationship‑building skills with a customer‑first approach
* Confident communicator, able to engage at all levels within customer organisations
* Highly organised and able to manage multiple accounts and priorities
* A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
