We are looking for a motivated service & after-sales coordinator to join a market leading manufacturing company. The position will appeal to a motivated individual looking for their next challenging role within in a secure and stable company.
Role Description
- Responsible for delivery ofstart-to-end service process for our current UK customer base.
- Managing own time to deliver ourservice levels and exceed customer expectations.
- Accountable for: Receiving and managing inbound calls and emails.
- Designated contacts for allocated portfolio of customers.
- Pro-actively identify new opportunities with current customers for the business development team to qualify.
- Quoting customers with the intent of winning profitable business
- Sales quotation and order processing.
- Pro-active engagement with current customers to ensure no loss of business to competitors.
Skills and Qualifications
- A proven track record (minimum three years) of customerservice and after-sales within the UK manufacturing industry.
- A person with a hard-working ethos who is disciplined and reliable in executing company processes and strategies.
