The HR team operates at pace and plays a key role in supporting managers and colleagues across the site. Your new role
As the HR Coordinator, you will provide essential support across the full colleague lifecycle. You’ll manage the HR inbox, prepare contracts and onboarding documentation, maintain accurate personnel records, and coordinate key people processes. You’ll also support recruitment administration, organise site onboarding, and act as a confident user of HR and Time Management systems. The role also includes supporting employee relations casework, coordinating training and apprenticeship programmes, and ensuring accurate data is provided to payroll.
What you'll need to succeed
The role calls for experience in HR administration within a fast‑paced environment, supported by strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You’ll need excellent attention to detail, confidence using HR systems and Microsoft Office, and a solid understanding of HR processes and employment legislation. Strongmunication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to support ER and recruitment activity. A proactive, solution‑focused approach, professionalism, and the discretion to handle sensitive information are key to succeeding in this position.
