Responsibilities
* As a Electronics Quality Team Lead, your responsibilities will include:
* Inspecting PCBs and electronic assemblies to IPC standards
* Leading and motivating a small quality team
* Distributing work effectively to meet production deadlines
* Completing administrative tasks accurately and on time
* Ensuring compliance with quality processes and documentation
Experience and qualifications
* Proven experience in electronics inspection and quality control
* IPC certification and strong understanding of industry standards
* Previous leadership or supervisory experience
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work methodically and maintain high attention to detail
