They are now looking for an ambitious and proactive Lettings Negotiator who enjoys working at pace and is motivated to succeed within a respected local agent. Lettings Negotiator role - What’s in It for You? Competitive Salary up to – £27,000 basic Personal monthly commission structure OTE of £32-35,000 20 days bank holidays Parking on site Your Role as a Lettings Negotiator: Responding to and managing your enquiries in the morning, arranging viewings. Work collaboratively with the lettings team to achieve branch goals and being active in all aspects of the lettings process Conduct property viewings, around the Harborne area, gather feedback, and negotiate tenancies with landlords and tenants Oversee smooth move-ins, ensuring properties are fully prepared Maintain strong relationships with both landlords and tenants, offering expert guidance throughout the process Keeping up to date with new legislation and ensuring the company adapts policies where necessary. Conduct business development in order to generate new opportunities, driving growth within the lettings department. Play a key role in strengthening the brand in the local market Who We’re Looking For: Experience in a Lettings Negotiator role is essential Sales & customer service experience – you’re a natural with people!
