Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Head Baker to lead our entire production bakery department. This is a key management role where you will be responsible for ensuring the bakery runs smoothly and to the highest standard. You will manage the entire bakery team and report directly to the Junior Production Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proven leader to make a significant impact on our business. You will be a vital link between the production operations and business growth, and you'll collaborate with our NPD (New Product Development) team to bring exciting new products to production.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the entire bakery production team.
* Collaborate with the NPD (New Product Development) team to bring new products to production.
* Oversee and ensure the quality of all baked goods.
* Ensure team members are fully trained and performing to their best ability.
* Manage the bakery department to ensure it runs efficiently and meets all expected standards.
What You'll Bring:
* Proven experience in a senior bakery management or supervisory role.
* A strong background in high-volume production, with extensive experience managing people, products, and equipment.
* Experience in new product development and a creative mindset.
