About the role We are looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to join our senior team and play a pivotal role in driving GeoSmart’s growth. This position is ideal for a proactive, innovative sales professional with a passion for leading teams, building strong client relationships and delivering measurable results.
Strategic Leadership: Work with our Sales and Marketing Director to develop and implement sales plans to accelerate growth and strengthen market position.
Team Management: Lead and inspire our sales team, setting targets, tracking performance, and fostering a results-driven culture.
Business Development: Take a hands-on approach to developing key accounts, nurturing client relationships, and building a robust sales pipeline.
Client Engagement: Enhance GeoSmart’s reputation as a trusted adviser by delivering exceptional value to key accounts, supported by our expert consultancy team.
Future Growth: This role will be key to our further rapid growth and offer a career pathway to a Board position, reflecting the critical importance of sales and marketing to GeoSmart’s ongoing success.
Proven track record in B2B technical sales, ideally in a consultancy or software environment or similar.
Training and hands-on experience with systematic sales processes.
The ability to grasp environmental factors such as climate change, sea level rise, and risk management strategies for property development and asset management.
Innovative mindset with the ability to adopt new ideas and technologies to enhance sales performance.
Be a natural networker who equally enjoys working with technology enabled campaigns and is comfortable with running campaigns that leverage industry relationships to achieve sales success.
Bring a fresh perspective, embracing new technologies and scale-up methods to keep GeoSmart on its rapid growth trajectory.
Demonstrate a balance of analytical rigour and creative problem-solving.
