Marketing Executive – Global Events & Campaigns
i2, a Harris Computer company, are seeking a Marketing Executive on a full-time, permanent, remote-working basis, in the UK.
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Marketing Executive – Global Events & Campaigns to support and progressively take ownership of global field marketing initiatives. This role sits at the heart of revenue-generating marketing activity, supporting international trade shows, customer-facing events, webinars, and campaign execution. The successful candidate will report into the Global Marketing Manager and work closely with the broader marketing team, playing a key role in ensuring events and campaigns translate into measurable pipeline impact. This is a growth-track position designed to develop into independent ownership of global field events within 12–24 months.
Key Responsibilities
Global Trade Shows & Field Marketing
1. Support end-to-end delivery of international trade shows across multiple regions
2. Manage event timelines, logistics, supplier coordination, and stakeholder alignment
3. Ensure all pre-event marketing campaigns are executed on schedule
4. Own post-event lead processing and CRM accuracy within 48 hours
5. Track event performance metrics and contribute to ROI reporting
6. Travel internationally to support onsite execution as required
Large Customer-Facing Events
7. Coordinate project plans, budgets, and key milestones
8. Liaise with external agencies for creative and collateral delivery
9. Manage registration systems and attendee communications
10. Ensure brand consistency and execution quality
Campaign & Lead Generation Support
11. Build and schedule marketing emails and workflows in HubSpot
12. Manage segmentation and list hygiene
13. Support integrated campaigns linked to events and product initiatives
14. Monitor campaign performance and suggest optimisations
15. Work closely with Sales to support lead follow-up processes
Webinar Programme Management
16. Manage the global webinar calendar
17. Build registration pages and reminder workflows
18. Support live delivery and technical logistics
19. Report on attendance, engagement, and pipeline contribution
What Success Looks Like (Year 1)
20. Seamless delivery of 6–10 global events
21. Accurate CRM lead processing within 48 hours post-event
22. Improved webinar attendance rates
23. Reduced campaign deployment time through process optimisation
24. Clear reporting on event and campaign performance
Experience & Skills
25. 2–4 years B2B marketing experience (preferably SaaS or technology)
26. Exposure to international trade shows and field marketing
27. Hands-on HubSpot (or equivalent marketing automation platform) experience
28. Strong project management capability
29. Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders across regions
30. Willingness to travel internationally
