As a Guest Relations Host, your primary role is to provide a warm welcome and excellent service to all guests. You will greet patrons upon arrival, assist with seating arrangements, and address any inquiries or special requests they may have. Additionally, you'll ensure a smooth flow of guests, manage reservations, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere. Your friendly demeanour, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate guests' needs will contribute to creating positive experiences and fostering customer loyalty.

Requirements
* 1-2 years of experience in guest relations or a related field.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Ability to handle basic customer issues.
* Tech-savvy and comfortable with booking systems
