£300 - £350 per day

Full Time, 37 hours per week
Sellick Partnership Ltd are currently recruiting for a Clerk of Works to join one of our Guidlford based clients on a temporary contract to work on their Planned and Capital Works.
Daily duties of the Clerk of Works:
To be the lead officer for quality assurance carrying out a range of pre, post and work in progress inspections, providing feedback to the Project Manager
Manage a portfolio of both Planned and Capital works
Provide regular updates and reports to the Project Manager
To inspect work against specification/design and provide written reports on progress and compliance with contract requirements
Provide technical support to operational team in terms of specifying repairs and building workEssential requirements of the Clerk of Works:
Willing to undergo a basic DBS check
Full UK Driver's License and access to own vehicle
Building construction knowledge including CDM regulations and working knowledge of health and safety legislation
