The Role
As the Service Manager, you ll:
* Manage all Hard FM operations across the site
* Oversee PPMs and reactive maintenance delivery
* Ensure compliance and audit readiness at all times
* Supervise subcontractors and the on-site engineering team
* Maintain strong client relationships with the university
You
To be successful in the role of Service Manager, you ll bring:
* Previous Hard FM/site management experience
* A Mechanical or M&E background
* Understanding of electrical and mechanical building systems
* Experience managing compliance and statutory maintenance
* Ability to identify operational gaps and improve processes
