We're looking to recruit an confident and energetic front of house Assistant Manager, who is looking for a challenge in hospitality, from barista, front of house to helping with ordering and bookings. This role is in need of someone who is organised and ready to help Cafe Au Lait stay in its game
Café au Lait is a small but very busy brunch spot and we need an assistant manager in our store who will support our team, we are open from 8:30am for coffee, all day brunch and delicious cakes from our display counter. This role does not include evenings as we close generally at 5pm.

What we are looking for in our Managers...
The ideal candidate will have good coffee knowledge and experience in a busy cafe.
Our Assistant Managers are responsible in the day to day operations of our restaurant including inventory control and supervising the staff. The Assistant Managers will also be strong leaders, who can lead by example and support our team members by establishing successful working relationships with them. To be successful in this position, you will demonstrate excellent time management skills, a continuous interest in maintaining a positive attitude and the ability to multi-task effectively.
This position would ideally suit an existing Assistant Manager or Supervisor of a busy restaurant, looking for a company that will develop you personally.
Pay depends on experience.
