Chef de Partie Award-Winning Highland Hotel | Michelin-Linked | 3 AA Rosettes £32,000–£34,000 Benefits Live-In Available | Scotland (Near Loch Ness) An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chef de Partie to join a highly regarded, award-winning hotel in the Scottish Highlands, operating at 3 AA Rosette level and working closely with a sister property holding both a Michelin Star and Michelin Green Star. This is a kitchen built around seasonality, sustainability and ingredient-led cooking, offering a genuine opportunity to develop within a thoughtful, high-quality environment. The Kitchen 3 AA Rosette dining Michelin-connected group (Star & Green Star sister site) Strong focus on local sourcing, foraging and kitchen garden produce Modern British, seasonal menus Small, collaborative and quality-driven brigade The ethos is simple — cook with purpose, respect ingredients, and deliver honest, refined food without unnecessary complexity. The Role As Chef de Partie, you will take ownership of your section and play a key role in delivering consistently high standards across the kitchen.
