Overview
Bytes Software Services is seeking a well-organised individual to coordinate and support the day-to-day running of the Services Operations workload. The role involves managing service operations processes confidently from quote to invoice, while liaising effectively with technical delivery teams, sales, suppliers and various internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. This is an entry-level role offering a strong foundation for career growth within Bytes Software Services, with clear pathways across multiple areas including service operations, project management, PMO, sales, sales support and vendor coordination.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate service order processing, ensuring correct coding and taxonomy alignment
* Create and manage job numbers for PMOs, tracking progress and supporting monthly billing reconciliation
* Administer portals and manage product and contract renewals
* Raise and amend quotes, and oversee supplier and customer invoicing
* Monitor and process FLEX orders, using internal systems for tracking and reporting
* Maintain team spreadsheets and complete monthly tasks such as reviewing outstanding orders
* Provide cover across service operations during team absence
Qualifications
* Strong organisational skills with good time management
* Attention to detail and accuracy in day-to-day tasks
* Confident communicator with a collaborative approach
* Able to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes
* Comfortable using Outlook, Word and Excel
* Some experience in coordination or administration
* Interest in professional services, coordination or project support roles
* Able to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines
