Strong understanding of the insurance regulatory environment, ensuring compliance with local and international laws, and effectively communicating requirements to the distribution team. Proven experience in creating tailored sales strategies and targeted marketing campaigns for the high-net-worth segment based on market research and client feedback. Strong skills in building relationships with high-net-worth individuals and key partners, such as wealth managers and financial advisors, to enhance referral opportunities. Ability to foster a customer-centric sales culture within the distribution team, delivering exceptional service and maintaining high client satisfaction and retention. Expertise in setting KPIs for private client insurance sales and analysing sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities. Experience in leading and mentoring insurance sales teams, providing training, conducting performance reviews, and managing remote teams effectively.
