* Ensuring all Right to Work and employment compliance checks are fully completed.
* Maintaining accurate data across HR systems (Sage HR) and supporting accurate payroll setup.
* Coordinating onboarding to ensure new starters receive a smooth and professional experience.
* Developing talent pools and proactive sourcing strategies for key skill areas.
* Producing recruitment reports and metrics to support strategic workforce planning.
* Supporting budget control and cost-effective recruitment practices.
What you will bring
* 3+ years’ experience in internal recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR with a strong recruitment focus.
* Strong understanding of UK employment law, Right to Work processes, and equitable hiring practices.
* Proficiency using ATS / HR systems (experience with Sage HR is beneficial but not essential).
* Confidence in advising managers and working collaboratively across teams.
* Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering a positive candidate experience.
* CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent) is desirable, with progression to Level 5 supported.
Why join us?
* A role with real influence — your work directly shapes our workforce and growth.
* Supportive, collaborative teams.
* Opportunities for professional development, including CIPD or REC qualification pathways.
* Hybrid working options.
* A values-led organisation with a genuine commitment to investing in people.
