Job Description
Our client is looking for a nurse to join their team. This role can be entirely flexible around you and what you are looking for, as this role is an addition to the fantastic team they already have. It’s really what you are interested in for a role at the practice!
They are an independent group of practices, 2 of which are new builds and a main centre, plus 2 smaller surgeries as well as an equine centre. They have 26 – 28 vets working all over the surgeries, ranging from lead vets to approximately 4-6 new graduates they take on each year. They have lots of opportunities for anyone wanting to join them, including full-time/part-time roles, working at a particular centre, surgical nursing/theatre nurses, consulting and clinics, and night nurses – there is no limit to opportunities.
They do their out-of-hours, and you would be part of a rota for nights and weekends; they try to accommodate everyone with what they can do to help.
They have all the latest equipment, including CT scanners, physiotherapists, 2 hydrotherapy centres, and behaviourists, plus a fun agility centre, grooming lounges, and large pet shops for all types of small animals.
They are also very social – most days there are fruit, cakes, and doughnuts finding their way into the practices, summer parties/BBQs, afternoon teas, Christmas parties, Easter cakes, bowling, water sports weekends, and so on.
They are looking for an experienced nurse with a minimum of 5 years of experience. They will enjoy supporting students and clinical coaching.
