* Install, configure, and deploy Microsoft servers, clients, and infrastructure in on-premises environments
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across Microsoft products including Skype, Exchange, and SharePoint
* Support the deployment of security measures, ensuring compliance with regulations
* Produce and maintain documentation while transferring knowledge to other support staff
* Collaborate with support teams, resolver groups, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure ongoing success across Microsoft environments
Skills Required For The Microsoft Support Engineer
* Expertise in Microsoft products such as Skype for Business, Exchange, and SharePoint
* Experience with Microsoft technologies including Office 365
* Strong networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
* Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
* Excellent troubleshooting, problem solving, and communication skills
* Understanding of security and compliance best practices
