We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about building high-performing teams and contributing to an outstanding candidate and employee experience. In this role, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers and the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive full-cycle recruitment, while also supporting various people initiatives. You'll have a hands-on impact not just in who we hire, but how we hire, welcome and grow our team. You'll be instrumental in helping Onetrace scale sustainably, keeping quality and culture at the centre of everything we do. What you’ll do Talent Acquisition Manage full-cycle recruiting across various departments, from commercial to technical roles Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, refine role requirements, and build effective hiring strategies Create clear and engaging job descriptions and adverts that reflect our brand and attract the right talent Plan and execute efficient interview and selection processes, including screening calls and assessments Proactively source candidates across platforms (we predominantly use Welcome to the Jungle and LinkedIn) exploring creative outreach methods to tap into diverse talent pools Keep the ATS (Teamtailor) fully up-to-date, clean and reflective of every stage of the hiring process Use data and reporting to spot trends, drive continuous improvement and support hiring decisions Collaborate closely with the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to stay aligned with recruitment best practices and collaborate on implementing processes that improve efficiency People Team Collaboration Support onboarding logistics and cultural initiatives, ensuring every new starter feels set up for success Assist in planning and delivering internal events and team engagement activities Help drive post-survey feedback action plans and wider people initiatives focused on culture and experience Market Insight & Employer Branding Conduct market research and talent mapping to inform hiring strategies and benchmark against industry standards Help design and deliver recruitment campaigns that enhance our Employee Value Proposition and promote diversity Work collaboratively with the People, Design and Marketing teams to strengthen employer branding materials and initiatives What we’re looking for Essential Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ideally in scaling or fast-paced environments Comfortable recruiting across a range of roles and adapting your approach accordingly Tech-savvy and confident using ATS, HR systems and project management tools like Notion Skilled at assessing candidates not just for skills, but for potential, values alignment, and growth mindset Organised, proactive and hands-on - you spot opportunities to improve how we work and take the initiative to make things better Flexible and creative - able to shift your approach as hiring needs evolve, and think differently about how to attract and engage talent A clear communicator who brings calmness, structure, and empathy to interactions with candidates and internal teams Passionate about delivering an outstanding candidate experience and supporting a strong, scalable people function Can comfortably give and receive feedback to support continuous improvement both internally with the team and externally with candidates Desirable Exposure to onboarding, employee engagement, or internal cultural projects A keen interest in building sustainable, scalable people processes in a growing company What we offer ⭐ Salary & Benefits Up to £40k base NEST pension scheme Season ticket loan scheme Employee assistance programme Private medical insurance with Bupa 25 days PTO, plus bank holidays Ways of Working WeWork membership Dog-friendly office Hybrid working options Remote work abroad opportunities Equipment We’ll set you up with an Apple MacBook and all the necessary software Standing desk (when based in the office) Tech accessories and Onetrace merch Socials Team socials and yearly company offsite Your Growth Joining our agile team means you’ll gain hands-on experience, working closely with talented colleagues, and develop your skills in a supportive environment focused on growth Diversity Onetrace is committed to diversity in the workplace and proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
